01Who we are & what we sell

Purina.fun ("Purina", "we", "us") is an independent reseller of social-media marketing (SMM) services — followers, likes, views, comments and similar engagement — and a marketplace that facilitates the private sale of social-media usernames. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Meta, Google, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is legal in your jurisdiction.

03Nature of the service & no guarantees of results

• Engagement is delivered through third-party providers. Delivery speed, start time and exact counts are estimates, not guarantees.
• We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, growth, reach, monetization, ranking or that engagement will be permanent.
• Some "drop" (loss of followers/likes over time) is normal. Refill protection, where offered, applies only to the specific service and window stated at purchase.
• Services may be paused, changed, repriced or discontinued at any time as upstream providers and platforms change.

04Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate, public link/target. Orders placed with a wrong, private, or ineligible link cannot be refunded once submitted.
• Do not change your username, set your account to private, or delete the target post while an order is in progress — doing so cancels delivery with no refund.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of the destination platform. Using third-party engagement may violate those platforms' rules and could result in action against your account. You accept that risk.
• Only order for accounts/content you own or are authorized to promote.

05Payments & crypto

• Prices are shown in USD (with optional display conversions) and charged in cryptocurrency via third-party processors. Crypto transactions are final and irreversible.
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount and network. Under/overpayments, wrong-network transfers, or funds lost to user error are not recoverable by us.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you.

06Refunds

• Because services begin processing immediately, all sales are final except where we fail to deliver.
• If an order cannot be delivered, or is only partially delivered through no fault of yours, we will credit or refund the undelivered portion at our discretion.
• Refunds are not given for drop, for changes you make to the target, for results not meeting expectations, or for orders placed with incorrect details.

07Username marketplace

Usernames are sold privately and arranged directly over Telegram. Listings and prices are indicative and negotiable. We act as a facilitator; transfers depend on the destination platform's policies and are completed at your own risk. Once a transfer is completed it is final.

08Prohibited use

You may not use Purina.fun to promote illegal content, fraud, harassment, hate, CSAM, or anything that violates applicable law. We may refuse, cancel, or report any order at our discretion.

09Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purina.fun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for account bans or restrictions imposed by any platform, or for losses arising from third-party providers or crypto transactions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Purina.fun harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

11Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
